We are Evaldas and Tania, the co-founders of NVD Property Solutions.
We live in Somerset, where we first met, and have been together for 10 years, married for 8, and are parents to three amazing children.
We are both passionate about property and are also fascinated with Photography and Videography. Tania's talent as a portrait photographer has flourished over the years, while I enjoy capturing our adventures with my trusty drone.
Despite our corporate backgrounds, we've decided to pursue our entrepreneurial dreams, driven by our shared passion for property and our desire to make a difference in people's lives.
Our primary goal is to provide landlords with guaranteed rent and complete peace of mind while ensuring that tenants find a comfortable place to call home. We're dedicated to helping those who struggle to secure mortgages, guiding them onto the property ladder and towards their dreams of homeownership.
Initially focusing on long-term HMOs and single-lets tailored to local professionals, our journey has evolved. As a family of five, we understand the challenges of finding suitable accommodation that suits everyone's needs. That's why we've expanded our services to include short-term rentals, catering to vacationers seeking cozy retreats, and mainly relocating professionals like contractors and nurses in need of temporary housing. Our short-term rentals offer a cost-effective, flexible solution, providing privacy, ample space, and a home-like environment often missing in traditional hotel stays.
Furthermore, we recognize the necessity for temporary accommodation during house purchases or renovations. Our short-term rentals offer a convenient solution during these transitional periods, ensuring that families can easily navigate these changes.
